Wellbeing Worker (Wellbeing for Young People) 28 hours (0.8FTE) pw Working over a 4 week shift pattern (will involve evening/ weekend work) Permanent Contract £26,225 - £28,251 pro rata (£14.41 - £15.52 per hour) Job Purpose: To provide a person centred trauma informed housing support to young people who are experiencing homelessness or are care leavers.
This support is provided in a residential and outreach setting.

To be successful, you will have: Experience supporting vulnerable adults SVQ Social Care (or equivalent work experience) Understanding of relevant care standards and codes of practice.
