Based across Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire, you will provide tailored support through a mix of in-person and virtual sessions, helping individuals build confidence, improve coping skills, and achieve their goals.This field-based role involves collaboration with Avon and Wiltshire Partnership (AWP) Trust, offering integrated support services.
You'll work from home, community locations, and AWP sites, with travel expenses covered.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-quality, person-centered support, fostering recovery and self-management.Engage in psychoeducational sessions, peer support groups, and therapeutic programs like DBT and MBT.Collaborate with experts by experience and professionals to co-design resources and services.Maintain accurate records, safeguarding standards, and compliance with data governance.Promote the service at community events and build strong professional networks.Actively participate in training, reflective practice, and multidisciplinary team meetings.Who You Are:Experienced in supporting individuals with mental health challenges, particularly personality disorders or complex emotional needs.Knowledgeable about recovery planning, safeguarding, and mental health crisis management.Skilled in time management, IT (Microsoft Office), and communication with diverse stakeholders.Creative, trauma-informed, and adaptable, with a commitment to continuous professional development.Qualified to QCF Diploma or NVQ Level 3 in Care or equivalent (or working towards).Able to travel flexibly across BNSSG.We do reserve the right to close this advertisement early if we receive a high volume of suitable applications. *Given the nature of this role, which involves frequent travel to various locations and timely meetings, a clean drivers licence is essential.
