We're seeking a dedicated Wellbeing Coordinator to create a vibrant and engaging environment for our residents.
In this role, you'll collaborate with the Home Manager to design and implement activities that cater to the unique needs and preferences of our residents.
What You'll Do: Plan and Organize Activities: Develop and lead monthly and individual programs that encourage residents to maintain their hobbies and explore new interests.
Foster Social Connections: Create opportunities for residents to socialize and enjoy a variety of activities within the care home.
Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure that all activities are documented thoroughly using appropriate tools.
What You'll Bring: Event Planning Expertise: A proven track record of developing and organizing a wide range of activities and events.
Creative and Friendly: A creative, confident personality with a friendly approach to engaging residents.
Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication tasks.
UK Driving Licence: Essential for transporting residents or activity materials as needed.
Passion for Elderly Care: A genuine interest in enhancing the lives of the elderly.
Strong Communication: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
