Main duties of the job The Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator will be responsible for providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being, and to understand the need to promote the philosophy of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfilment for all residents.
They will also be responsible for identifying the life history, needs, and preferences of residents, planning and submitting monthly activity and wellbeing plans, arranging activities and events, and maintaining a safe living and working environment.

Planning and submitting to the Home Manager- a monthly activity and wellbeing plan and a weekly overview.
Arranging activities, events, and outings, encouraging the involvement of staff, relatives, and visitors.
Maintaining a safe living and working environment, contributing to the positive and professional image of the home.ABOUT YOUTo be successful in your application, youmust live our values of caring,support,honesty, respect, and accountabilityin all that you do.Our ideal candidatemusthave: Previously worked with older people in a residential nursing Dementia setting Experience organising activities and events.
Effective communication skills, verbal and written.
