Welfare Labourer

We are seeking a dedicated welfare labourer to join our team.  Duties: - Complete welfare labouring tasks - Execute physical labour tasks under the guidance of the supervisor - Load and unload materials and equipment efficiently - Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) - Maintain cleanliness and organization at work sites - Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals Experience: - Prior experience in a labour-intensive position is advantageous - Proficiency in following instructions accurately and working autonomously or in a team setting - Demonstrated strong work ethic and eagerness to acquire new skills - Physical stamina with the capability to lift heavy objects Job Type: Full-time Pay: £14.44 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift (8-4) Day shift Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Stevenage  Experience: Construction: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: CSCS (required) Work Location: In person
