Welding Training Manager

The company have busy order books and are looking to increase the amount of welders and the welding training manager will both insure the quality is maintained and also to provide further training when suitable.
Salary: £40,000 Working hours: 37 hour week, Monday-Thursday 0700-1530hrs, Friday 0700-1200hrs Key Requirements: * 10 Years Experience as a Fabricator Welder * Proven experience in developing and training * Fully aware of MIG, MAG, TIG and MMA processes * Ability to weld to BS EN ISO 9606-1 and 9606-2 * Proficient at positional welding * Proficient in the use of hand tools and sheet metal fabrication * Competent in using Microsoft packages Highly Desirable: * Rail experience and knowledge of BE EN 15085 Benefits: * 25 Days Holiday + Banks * Private medical/dental care * Flexible hours * Pension * Free onsite parking If appropriate, please apply via the job boards now.
