Welder/Fabricator | Nechells | Full Time – Monday to Friday 7:20am-5:30pm and Saturdays as required 7am-12pm | £16 per hour and authorised O/T x 1.5 £24 per hour (when required) Are you a skilled Welder/Fabricator looking for a rewarding opportunity in a fast-paced environment?

Are you the right person for the job?
Proven experience as a competent welder/fabricator Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team Willingness to work from technical drawings when necessary Strong communication skills to report both positive and negative findings to supervisors What will your role look like?
Work with MIG, TIG, and ARC welders to perform high-quality repairs and fabrications Utilise gas cutting tools for repairs and fabrication tasks Collaborate closely with your maintenance supervisor/manager to receive task instructions and report findings Engage in the repair and fabrication of bins, skips, and roll-on roll-off (Roro) bins Repair and maintain heavy machinery, including 360 excavators and forklifts, as well as the main scrap shredder Occasionally work outside standard hours as part of a maintenance team during major breakdowns to ensure operational continuity What can you expect in return?
