Job Title: Service & Solution Technician
Field Based
Full time/Permanent/Hybrid working/Flexible/Weekends required
Requires travelling regionally, in a company car.
No previous experience needed: We provide full training in the installation and maintenance processes
We want candidates to deliver seamless client-centric service.
Our Service & Solution Techs play a significant role in our operational delivery.
You are responsible for installing and maintaining our TV, Broadband and Software metering equipment into panelist homes; and ensuring the accuracy of the data from the installed equipment and software.
Travelling regionally, in a company car, our Techs are fully trained in the installation and maintenance processes and deliver seamless client-centric service.
Install and maintain metering equipment and software in panel homes.
Provide outstanding customer service, professionalism and be part of a team that delivers a standout experience for our panel members.
Work with our wider operational teams to ensure SLA's and project deadlines are met on time.
Liaise with the Panel Service Exec teams to ensure optimal service to panelists.
Work in collaboration with the Solution and Fleet Manager to maintain accurate stock levels of metering equipment as required.
Communication - Excellent relationship building and communication skills with internal stakeholders and panel members
Customer service and problem solving - polite and professional manner with a positive attitude towards problem solving
Proactive, self-motivator and the ability to work autonomously in a remote role
Demonstrable experience of working in domestic environments
A full driving licence with no more than 6 points (a company vehicle is provided).
Required to work weekends
