This role is not just about maintaining security; its about creating a safe, welcoming environment.Job OpportunityMaintaining a safe and secure environment & ensure safe access to buildings at all timesCarrying out patrols/hazard reporting etc as requestedEnsuring all Health & Safety policies are adhered toCompleting all necessary reports in line with company documentationAccess / Egress controlMonitoring of alarms & CCTV systemKey Holding responsibilitiesControlling and monitoring access to the carparksAdhering to policies and procedures at all timesGeneral refuse management & ensuring overall tidiness on siteProvide a high standard of customer serviceBe polite, helpful, and diligent, with a 'can do' ethosHave a calm personality capable of controlling difficult situations.Essential SkillsValid Door Supervision SIA licenceMust be able to drive (must have own transport due to location of site)Confident with electronic devicesAble to work independently and as part of a teamBe punctual and reliableHigh levels of written and verbal communication skillsFully comprehensive 5-year work/unemployment/education history screenable to BS7858Be comfortable patrolling long distances and be on your feet for extended periods of timeAbout CompanyFirst Response Group (FRG) is a total security, risk, and facilities management solutions company.
