Job Title : Weekend Concierge Salary Expectation: £20,523.36 Location: Birmingham - B1 Working hours: Friday - Sunday (7:00am - 19:00pm) Profile: Abbatt is recruiting for one of the largest property management firms within the UK and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities: Greeting resident and welcoming visitors Taking and logging parcels for the apartments/residents Key handling.
Computer work as required Changing of two communal bins in the reception area on Saturday and Sunday Issuing parking charges around site to unauthorised users.
