The Role: As the Weddings and Events Manager , you will be the face of the business, responding to in-bound enquiries for private events, weddings, summer events and corporate days, with a background in the full life cycle of events from dealing with the initial enquiries to managing the day.
Your responsibilities will include: Leadership & Management: Overseeing a small but dedicated team, ensuring excellent customer service and fostering a positive working environment.
Events Excellence: You'll have a genuine passion for Events, be personable and engaging with excellent communication skills, happy to role your sleeves up and be part of the operations team when required, you will be able to showcase your passion for making peoples days as memorable as possible.
Guest Experience: As the face of the business, you will ensure each guest has a seamless and memorable experience, from the moment they initiate a call until their departure.
About You: Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within high-end establishments.
A passion for Events, weddings and private dining, with the ability to take ownership of the full life cycle Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a team.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen ability to connect with guests and staff alike.
