You come alive when the camera is on - you're excited by the possibility of also taking center stage on our webinars and stepping into a moderator role once settled in the role You're a natural moderator - you know how to make others shine, to steer a conversation and to cut through cr*p to get instantly to what's actually interesting Proven experience as an efficient, high-capacity, project manager Ability to work well under pressure - you don't get fazed juggling multiple balls to hit deadlines Life Sciences / Pharma / Biotech industry experience is an added bonus, but not essential Demonstrated experience writing compelling marketing copy and executing impactful marketing campaigns A naturally engaging personality, excellent communication skills An entrepreneurial spirit: you don't typically like to be told what to do, you like to get on with it A keen eye for detail (especially with copy and admin!)
