The Role As our new Web Project Manager , you'll oversee the development of our high-quality WordPress websites, using Elementor for client-friendly updates.
Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee web projects from launch to redesign, ensuring timely delivery Scope & Timeline Management: Define goals, timelines, and deliverables for on-time completion Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary contact between clients, developers, and stakeholders Budget Management: Monitor budgets to ensure financial targets are met Team Coordination : Collaborate with designers, developers, and SEO specialists Quality Assurance: Lead testing and ensure high-quality project execution Risk Management: Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies Client Relations: Build strong relationships and translate client needs into tasks Post-Launch Support: Provide ongoing support, feedback collection, and improvements Upselling: Identify opportunities for additional services to enhance projects Benefits: Joining 21 Degrees means being part of a supportive, inclusive, and flexible team.

About you: Proven experience in web project management with a successful track record Proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal), HTML/CSS, and SEO Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Problem-solving abilities, with effective solutions for project challenges Skilled in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace) High attention to detail, ensuring all projects meet specifications and quality standards If you're passionate about building websites that make an impact and working in a supportive, innovative team, 21 Degrees could be your next career home.
