Senior Web Producer, EMEA (Maternity Cover to May 26) SaaS Location: UK, remote This global enterprise technology leader empowers the world's largest organisations to adapt and thrive through innovative enterprise solutions.
Responsibilities: Lead a team to deliver high-profile web production projects, managing timelines and quality assurance across EMEA.
Act as the main point of contact for digital production processes and best practices.
Work closely with external agencies to create impactful, high-quality digital campaigns.
Collaborate with regional and global teams to develop and execute quarterly digital plans.
Leverage digital analytics tools to refine user experiences and improve web performance.
Background: 8+ years' experience in web production within multi-region environments.
Advanced skills with content management systems (Adobe AEM is essential), analytics tools (Adobe Analytics), and project management platforms (e.g., Workfront, Jira, or Trello).
Experienced team leader with strong organisational and communication skills, able to manage multiple projects.
Experience using digital tools like Content Square and Hotjar to enhance user journeys.
