The role: Proteintech is looking for a talented Web Analytics Specialist to join our marketing team.
You will play a pivotal role in improving the digital presence of the Proteintech brand by providing insight on how best to achieve this using your analytics experience and skill set.

Responsibilities: · Analyse website traffic patterns, user interactions, and behavior
· Identify trends and potential areas for improvement
· Track key metrics such as user engagement, user flows, and page load times
· Analyse user journeys to identify pain points and recommend solutions for smoother navigation
· Provide insights that improve website usability and user engagement
· Conduct A/B tests and multivariate experiments to refine user experience based on data-driven findings
· Work closely with the content team to identify high-performing keywords and trends
· Monitor organic search performance and suggest ways to increase visibility
· Generate and present reports that highlight website performance, user engagement, and key insights
· Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to improve website traffic, content strategy, and user satisfaction
· Validate the accuracy of all collected data by troubleshooting tracking issues and ensuring proper implementation of tracking tools
Essential requirements: Strong background in data analytics and the ability to create impactful visualisations, dashboards and reports.
Experienced with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Google Looker Studio.
Extensive experience in GA4 – including deep understanding of digital marketing metrics, campaign tracking, and performance analysis across SEO, PPC, and other digital channels.
Technical knowledge of GTM with expertise in advanced tagging and troubleshooting.
High level of professional communication skills and the confidence to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Independent, driven and able to work on own initiative.
