This role will be essential in managing client relationships and developing and executing impactful campaigns that resonate with a diverse audience across mainstream and specialized media.
Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our blockchain clients, ensuring consistent communication, managing expectations, and driving satisfaction through thoughtful, results-oriented account management.
Strategic Campaign Development: Design and implement PR strategies that align with clients' objectives and bring their unique value propositions to the forefront.
Tailor campaign elements to achieve measurable success across multiple channels.
Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key journalists and media outlets, including Bloomberg, Reuters, WSJ etc as well as trade press like CoinDesk, Decrypt, Cointelegraph, and others in the blockchain and crypto space, to secure high-impact placements for clients.
Content and Messaging: Translate complex blockchain concepts into engaging, digestible content that communicates client messages effectively to both industry audiences and the broader public.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, timely, and effective messaging across campaigns, events, and press engagements.
Qualifications Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in blockchain or AI PR, ideally with a background in managing campaigns for high-profile clients within the industry.
Relationship Building Skills: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and media professionals, driving positive outcomes and mutual trust.
Strategic Thinker: Experience in developing PR strategies that achieve measurable results.
Ability to analyze market trends and adjust campaigns to maximize client visibility and engagement.
Strong Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create clear, compelling narratives that demystify blockchain for various audiences.
Problem Solver: Adept at identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to ensure consistent client satisfaction and smooth campaign execution.
