This Cardiff-based financial planning firm offers tailored pension and investment advice, prioritising long-term client relationships and adaptive strategies.
With a dedicated support team and advanced technology, they ensure clients stay informed and in control, always focusing on achieving the best possible outcomes.
Role Overview As a Wealth Admin , you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Financial Advisers, ensuring the quality of service is maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities Process new business, manage valuations and projections, and maintain accurate records in the back-office system.
Handle client and provider communications, including answering calls, preparing suitability documents, and following up on outstanding remuneration.
Ensure compliance with company standards, managing post and prioritising tasks for assigned clients.
Prepare meeting packs and documentation for client meetings.
