Responsibilities
Working 1:1 with students who have special educational needs, helping them engage with lessons and develop both academically and socially.
Assisting teachers in the preparation and adaptation of resources to support students with additional needs.
Supporting students with positive behavior strategies and promoting independence and confidence in their learning.

Experience and Qualifications
Experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is highly desirable Strong passion for supporting children with special educational needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A clear DBS check Legal right to work within the UK
