Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students of varying abilities.
Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and foster critical thinking.
Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for students.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field QTS, QTLS or equivalent Proven experience teaching English at KS3-4 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
