### Description **About the Role ** Our lifeguards are on hand to ensure our guests are having a great time aswell as keeping safe in the pool and on the flumes in our Splash Waterworld!Our guests safety is our biggest priority so this role requires superbattention to detail whilst also interacting with our guests and providingexceptional customer service.
You will promote and run poolside activities;creating memorable experiences for our guests.
If you have a previous lifeguard qualification thats brilliant, but we willalso put you through your NPLQ course, giving you all the training you need tostart your career in lifeguarding.
This permanent role covers a minimum of 24hours per week over 3 flexible days however full time hours are available. ### About You We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who have a natural ability toengage and relate with a wide range of people.
You will need to be a strong swimmer with fantastic attention to detail toensure you can monitor the pool at busy times.
If you have a previouslifeguard qualification, we would love to hear from you.
However, we are alsohappy to support you with gaining your NPLQ with us too.
You will work alongside a great team but there will be times where you aresupervising areas independently.
