As a Warranty Analyst and Reclaim Support with the MSXI Global group, you will have the opportunity to support the Warranty teams to identify component failure rates, detailing the root cause, from warranty claims data and warranty returned parts.
From this data you will support the OEM to recover the costs from the suppliers and reduce costs.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in collating, analysing and reporting data, with a passion for reporting on metrics and business information from various data sources on time to a high standard.
Candidate Specifications: Day to day, the role will include delivery of metrics from various data sources and systems using assigned templates.
You should be comfortable presenting your reports and analysis to Senior Management along with improvement recommendations.
You will also liaise with engineering and reclaim department supporting the parts return process.
The aim of the Warranty Analyst and Reclaim Supportis to monitor warranty claims trend by top 50 issues and model and liaise with technical to ensure they are covered by known topics/fixes.
Ability to collaborate with and support other departmental teams, including Field Quality Team, in improving business practices and processes Ability to identify trends within data sets and forecast predications on reclaim potential and timelines Complete reviews of 8D reports and defect identification Negotiate with suppliers on warranty reclaim cost levels Analysis of warranty claims import duty and cost calculations Provide information, in various formats to the Warranty and Technical teams, on KPIs to improve fix implementation Creation and maintenance of weekly and monthly campaign completion reports Proven analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and produce reports- preferably within an OEM Automotive Aftersales environment IT literate with strong Microsoft Office skills, in particular MS Excel, Access and PowerBi Effective time management and ability to work under pressure and to tight timelines Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to details Enthusiastic, flexible and proactive personality Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to and passion for the brand Working Pattern and Location: 40 hours per week (Monday Friday) Bognor Regis, possible move to Goodwood What we can offer you: Competitive Salary Other company benefits include: 25 days annual leave company contributory pension plan cash back health care scheme, life assurance car salary exchange scheme JBRP1_UKTJ
