Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leade r to join us at our Waitrose site in Reading.
As a Warehouse Team Leader you'll provide leadership and guidance for your warehouse team, ensuring that the team have all the tools they need to do their role and that the operation runs smoothly.
This is a full time, permanent position, working an any 5 days from 7, 06:00 – 14:00.
Pay, benefits and more: We're looking to offer a salary of up to £26,807.04 per annum, plus a 12.5% shift allowance and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).

What you'll do on a typical day: Lead your team in a fast-paced picking operation Support with all 1-2-1's and appraisals Support the shift manager with engaging with the team and reacting to the varying inbound workloads Lead the team on health & safety, showing good working practices, as you'll be responsible for keeping all our operational processes fully compliant whilst keeping your people safe What you need to succeed at GXO: Good communication skills The confidence to challenge the norm and share best practice throughout our team at site Flexible to support team and shift manager, maybe some extra hours!
