Plan and coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations to ensuring smooth functioning.
Implement continuous improvement ideas with your team.
Service Liaise with internal departments to ensure all queries/customer inquiries are resolved within service levels.
Ensure service standards are maintained, work processes are followed, and are continually monitored for improvement.
Health and Safety: Adhere to Company Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Maintain a safe working environment, including participating in the Health and Safety Forum actioning agenda items as required.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to warehouse operations.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards within the warehouse environment, implementing appropriate measures to safeguard the warehouse team, property, and stock.

Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving and decision-making to ensure operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Proficiency in leveraging advanced warehouse management systems (WMS) to optimize stock control and enhance overall management efficiency.
Extensive experience in supervisory/managerial roles within warehouse operations, demonstrating leadership and strategic vision.
Advanced computer literacy, with adeptness in utilizing relevant software applications to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Vehicle route planning experience desirable but not essential.
