As we expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our new warehouse.

Hours for this role are 14.00 to 22.00 Your Role As Warehouse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse.
Your responsibilities will include: Supervising and managing warehouse staff, assigning workloads, and evaluating performance Monitoring and reporting on warehouse productivity and efficiency Providing training and coaching to new team members on company standards, job duties, and customer service Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and policies Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies Addressing staff performance and development issues Coordinating labor requirements to meet workload demands Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping What You'll Need To be successful in this role, you will need: 1 year supervisory experience in a warehousing environment is essential Experience in fast paced multi user organisation preferred - at least Strong adaptability and a willingness to embrace change A self-motivated and driven approach to work Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Proficiency in IT systems A solid understanding of logistics and warehousing operations Previous experience in bond/ETSF area management (desirable) Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) A customer-focused mindset A commitment to working to standard operating procedures and ensuring site compliance Benefits: Joining our team means you'll not only enjoy a competitive salary and annual reviews, but also some pretty awesome perks: Competitive Salary: We value your skills and commitment.
