Key Responsibilities: * Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of warehouse operatives to achieve daily operational targets.
* Coordinate and oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to improve productivity and quality.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
* Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
* Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
* Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.
