JOB DESCRIPTION About The Role:The Ice and Warehouse Supervisor will support the running of the Ice Machine, Warehouse and the Quality Control function.
The Ice and Warehouse Supervisor will step into the Shift Manager role and be first point of contact for the site's Ice Production, Warehouse and QC functions when needed.
You will be expected to be available during the shift to answer questions about the running of the shift and raise issues with internal or external departments.What You Will Be Doing:Primary Ice Machine contact, responsible for site Ice Output for their shiftCoordinate Warehouse Teams and support with ongoing training and guidance of team membersPoint of escalation for all warehouse teams and QCMonitoring Health and Safety guidelines and reporting where neededCo-ordinate dispatch, support with splitting and oversee stock movementsSupport with Ad-Hoc Requests and with end of weeks countsCovering of Shift Manager holidaysAlert Shift Managers to any skills gaps/training requirementsWho You Are:Basic excel skillsPractical knowledge and experience in an operational environmentWork well under pressure and have the ability to meet tight deadlinesShow Competency With Systems Usage and IT Tools/SoftwareFull knowledge of all warehouse and goods in tasks, including QCWhat you will get in return:? 70% off HelloFresh or Green Chef boxes? 2 x Wednesday - Saturday and 2 x Sunday - WednesdayAll shifts will be rotating 3 months days to 3 months nights on rotation, all on 6:30-6:30.
