Warehouse Staff (23.59 - 08.00) - Avonmouth

BEFORE YOU APPLY - YOU WILL NEED YOUR OWN TRANSPORT FOR THIS ROLE DUE TO LOCATION Days of Work: 5 Days out of 7 on a rota basis Hourly Rate: £13.20 Hours of Work: 23.59 - 08.00 Location: Avonmouth - MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT What You'll Do: Our Warehouse Operatives are responsible for the loading and unloading of vehicles, plus the sorting and scanning of parcels into cages for further transit.
Teamwork will be key and there'll be some smart kit to help.
You'll use hand-held terminals (HHT's), pump-trucks (once you're trained) and work with clever conveyor systems that deliver parcels to you.
You'll then sort them into "collars" for smaller areas and postcodes.
When you qualify the Warehouse Operative full-time contracts are 40hrs per week, either working exclusively days/nights or twilight, including some weekend shifts.
Full time is any 5 shifts out of 7, rotas are given in advance.
