Job Description Warehouse Operative - Full time/Part time Location: Alfreton, North Derbyshire Pay rate: £11.44p/h Working hours: 8am till 5.30pm - Mon - Fri We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives for one of the clients based in Alfreton, North Derbyshire.
It would be working in a fast-paced environment, therefore we are looking for someone who is target driven and has previous experience in Warehouse Operative or similar environment.
Main responsibilities: * Picking and packing * The role will require you to scan parcels ready for shipment, using computers and hand held scanners.
* You will move items around the warehouse safely and sort through parcels in the package centre to correct stations for distribution * Labelling items * Unloading containers - this could involve some heavy lifting Requirements: * Previous or similar experience in warehouse environment * Ability to work to targets in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent punctuality and organisational skills * Travel to Alfreton Benefits: *Weekly pay, get paid on Friday's *Book shifts and manage your availability on our Blue Arrow App *Superstar of the month awards *Dedicated consultants that offer support throughout your journey with Blue Arrow Travelling to Alfreton from Derby: There are bus routes available and take roughly an hour travel time from Derby city centre.
