We're looking to bring in a Warehouse operative/FLT driver on the day shift, rotating 4 on 4 off days, for our new contract in Leicestershire.
Based at their production facility, you'll be responsible for picking and loading a factory fed warehouse operation.
Pay, benefits and more:   We're looking to offer a salary of £12.59 per hr with a 1.25% increase for any overtime an a 1.5% on a Sat&Sun .
In addition, we offer 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days.

What you'll do on a typical day:   Handling and putting away palletised goods Stacking and handling palletsed goods onto trailers Driving on-site loading efficiency and looking at ways we can improve Putting pallets into the line feeder for production   What you need to succeed at XPO:   A track record of operating an FLT truck A focus on health and safety  Experience within Warehousing would be beneficial Counterbalance license B1 Minimum of 2 years counterbalance experience Preferred but not essential experience with double handling but training will be given Preferred but not essential experience in bulk stacking but training will be given   Be part of something big.
