We are currently looking for a Warehouse Night Shift Manager to join our dynamic team at our bustling Tilbury Depot!
As our Warehouse Night Shift Manager, you will lead, manage, and oversee all aspects of the night shift in our warehouse.
Your leadership will drive operational excellence as you ensure KPIs are met, coach and develop your team, and guarantee the smooth and accurate despatch of all vehicles.
You will also play a vital role in promoting compliance with health and safety policies and continuously improving our operational processes.Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday – night shift.Warehouse Night Shift Manager Requirements: Proven track record in people and operations management.
Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
Strong decision-making ability in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
A proactive mindset with the capability to respond positively to change.
An FLT Counterbalance certificate is advantageous.
