Warehouse Manager

Warehouse Manager Taskmaster Resources Ltd are looking to recruit a Warehouse Manager on behalf of our client based in Rugby to lead a team of people and coordinate activities to achieve business goals through focusing on continuous improvement and promoting a team-based culture.
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000PA Working hours: To be discussed, although you must be flexible as the client requires someone that can cater to supplier demands.
Key Responsibilities: Operations Management.
Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Develop and implement efficient workflows to optimise operations.
Ensure accurate inventory tracking, build and control using warehouse management systems (WMS).
Safety and Compliance.
Ensure the warehouse adheres to all health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular risk assessments and implement corrective actions as required.
Maintain compliance with legal and company policies.
