Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities NOTE: normal hours are 35 hrs/week Organisation and smooth operation of an 8000 sq ft. warehouse housing up to £1M of stock asset.
Including: Goods in receipt from Hey Girls CIC suppliers (Palletised or Boxed).
Receive and unpack shipping containers.
Coordination of the dispatch of Products to Hey Girls CIC customers.
Purchase of packaging items.
Develop relationships & partnerships working collaboratively across the Hey Girls team.
e.g.
Finance, Creative, Contract & Partnerships, Pack & Dispatch.
Work with the team to drive continuous improvement in logistics processes, internal and external to improve efficiency, ensuring period dignity and value for money.
Be responsible for the warehouse Health and Safety audits in the Diss Location, implementing remediation actions as needed.
Provide coaching and line management for a minimum of 4 team members.

Maintain records, on NetSuite or SharePoint as appropriate and ensure all related documents are filed in an orderly manner.
Maintain and update records relating to working practices and procedures for use by other team members.
Pursue continuing professional development in relation to the role, its duties and responsibilities as agreed through appraisals or at other times.
Undertake ad hoc assignments from time to time and other duties as requested by management.
Understand and ensure the full observation of your contract of employment, the company's operating procedures and policies and its health and safety obligations.
Have a good understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility and propose ways in which you and your team can make a positive impact.
Ensure ethical and sustainable values are maintained at all times.
Ensure Hey Girls Values are adhered to at all times.
Individual Capabilities Must have a professional qualification in Warehouse or Logistics Management.
Customer focused & can-do attitude, continually striving to deliver excellent customer service.
Must be data driven & numerate with strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail Must be a strong team-worker but also able to work on own initiative Flexible collaborative approach and supportive to external and internal stakeholders Must be highly organised, self-motivated Resilience to work in an agile trading environment.
High levels of presentation, written and verbal communications skills
