About the role: We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our fantastic team here at Progreen & A1 Lawn.
Based at our site in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, you will be responsible for leading the warehouse operations within budget and output targets to meet customer requirements and standards. You will manage and mentor a small team to ensure best practice and that everyone's voice is heard and valued.

About you: Operations experience ideally gained in a fulfilment business Previous warehouse management experience is desirable Excellent track record of continuous improvement, embracing technology to eliminate manual processes Proven track record of achieving (and often exceeding) targets Ability to build strong and effective relationships with suppliers, couriers and colleagues Able to show initiative and make decisions Ability to manage and prioritise workload – managing your own diary to meet business needs Meeting operational KPIs Maintain a professional attitude, demonstrating empathy, compassion and commitment when dealing with customers Exceptional negotiation skills Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills Good computer skills including Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
