Performance Metrics: Continue to evolve the organisational approach to KPI's, whilst ensuring existing and new site standardisation.
WMS & ERP Expertise: Utilise your experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Business Systems to drive operational efficiency.
Familiarity with WMS & ERP implementations is a definite plus.
Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the seamless flow of goods from the warehouse to the end customer.
The Candidate: The successful candidate for the Warehouse and Logistics Manager opportunity will have the following skills and experiences:
Have a Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain background - Essential.
Have a minimum of 3+ year's experience at a Warehouse Shift Manager / Warehouse Manager, Operations Manager or Logistics Manager level - Essential.
Have managed teams beyond 10+ employees through managerial reports - Essential.
A working knowledge of WMS / ERP systems - Advantageous.
Exceptional people management and leadership skills - Essential.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities - Essential.
Commutable to Melton Mowbray (LE13) area - Essential.
Salary & Benefits Package: Salary - £35,000 - £42,000 (DOE).
