We are seeking a full time Ward Manager to work on our 9 bedded, mixed private acute ward.
The successful candidate will manage the ward and its resources, taking appropriate action to ensure that standards of care are exceptional.
You will be responsible for ensuring care plans reflect the needs of patients and that your team receive timely clinical supervision, appraisal, CPD and complete mandatory training.
You will work closely with other ward managers to plan and implement quality improvement initiatives across the service, ensure adherence to policy and legislation, complete regular site and organisational audits, act as a role model for others and demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills.

The nursing team work closely with our established mental health professionals including consultant psychiatrists, doctors and the committed therapy team.
