Night Support Workers have a passion for working with young people and want to make a difference in young people's lives.
Your ambition to see our young people live full and active, fun-filled lives will have a profound impact on the wellbeing and development of the young people in your care.
As a Night Support Worker you will: Supervise and support the young people if they wake during the night Support young people with any prescribed emergency medication.
Build and maintain positive professional relationships with staff and young people.
Encourage and motivate young people to wake and prepare for their day.
Ability to demonstrate good communication skills including the ability to clarify and explain instructions clearly.
Support young people's emotional and physical wellbeing.
Produce legible, accurate and prompt written reports/records.
To help young people grow in their own sense of confidence and identity.
Although a full driving licence is not essential for the role, you MUST ensure you are able to get to our location as shifts will usually run from 11pm - 8am including weekends and Bank Holidays.

This check will be part of a safeguarding check and the search will be purely based on whether an individual is suitable to work with children.
