Typical shift as a Waking Nights Support Coordinator * As our Support Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of supporting our customers who have complex Mental Health needs to develop their skills to live more independently in the community.
* Creating support plans with your customers and coordinating our small team of Support Workers working to the plans.
* Carrying out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews.
* Cuppas, chats and catch ups.
There's no rushing from one customer to the next here!
Plenty of time to collaborate with colleagues too.

You bring * Passion to support our customers to live their best life, working collaboratively with an eye for detail.
* Experience of creating person-centred support plans and supporting colleagues in working to work to the plans.
* Experience of coordinating and assessing customer referrals.
* The ability to work on your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach Due to limits on our current certificates of sponsorship, we are not able to offer sponsorship to?external?candidates for this role.
