Waking Night Support Worker - Alham House

The Role :- Ensure the children feel safe, secure, and supported during night time hours.- Provide a listening ear and reassurance for children who may wake up feeling anxious or unsettled.- Help with bedtime preparation and morning wake-ups, creating a comforting routine.- Conduct regular safety checks to maintain a secure environment throughout the night.- Thoughtfully document each child's experiences to support their growth and wellbeing.What We're Looking For?While experience in childcare is a bonus, it's your empathy, patience, and willingness to learn that we value most.
