Our Peripatetic Service are seeking to appoint 1x Care & Support Assistant, working 24.50 hours per week in De Lacy gardens.
This essential service works 7 days per week, 52 weeks a year, providing the best possible quality of care in the community.
The successful person will be and be prepared to work a 4-week rolling rota which includes Am shifts 7.00am- 15:00 and Eve shifts 15:00pm - 23:00pm .
The positions do include weekends and bank holidays.

To ensure individuals are treat with dignity and respect and to work alongside other professionals and agencies in a person-centred way to deliver effective services by working within national guidelines and standards.
