Endoscopy is currently due to COVID 19 a highly demanded service, and is part of an increasing capacity framework to deliver waiting list times to the constitutional standards.The team is made of up Administrative, Nursing, Consultant and Decontamination staff.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential Educated to GCSE level including English or equivalent qualification/experience Knowledge Essential Strong working knowledge of a wide range of administrative procedures gained through training and experience in administrative posts Dealing with people and difficult situations Complex Problem solving Advanced knowledge of MS Microsoft; Excel, Word Power Point gained through training and experience.
Experience Essential At least 2 years' experience working in an Acute Hospital setting Skills Essential Evidence of skills and knowledge of performance and information processes Numerate and good analytical skills requiring a high degree of concentration Excellent range of communication skills and good interpersonal skills Able to engage with people at all levels Demonstrate excellent organisational and planning skills Ability to deal with complex facts or situations which require analysis, comparison and interpretation of a range of options.
