Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit, ensuring a positive experience.
Order Taking: Accurately take food and drink orders and communicate them clearly to kitchen and bar staff.
Serving Food and Beverages: Efficiently serve food and drinks to guests at their tables or designated seating areas, adhering to stadium service standards.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure tables, seating areas, and service stations are kept clean, tidy, and well-stocked throughout the event.
Payment Handling: Process payments quickly and accurately, handling cash and card transactions as required.
Adhering to Safety Standards: Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and supervisors to ensure smooth, efficient service throughout each event.
Requirements: Experience: Previous experience in a waiting or hospitality role is preferred but not essential.
