Our service is busy, so previous experience is desirable and you must be able to work well under pressure.

You can expect to be running a section, ensuring guests' needs are met throughout their visit to us.
The dishes we offer are extensive and you will be able to recommend and discuss the ingredients confidently, discussing dietary requirements as well as flavour preferences and dishes for them to try that guests might enjoy.
We don't like to keep our guests waiting for their food and drinks, so attentive, pleasant and friendly service is a must.
