Experienced Waiter -  Position Purpose   As a Waiter you represent the face of your Restaurant and are responsible for providing an amazing dining experience for our customers that is unrivalled by our competitors.
Demonstrating exceptional knowledge of the menu and ensuring that the service you provide results in increased sales and repeat business.
Sales & Customer Service Greet customers with a warm and friendly reception, remain attentive throughout their visit, and ensure that we provide customers with a prompt and efficient service.
Maintain an immaculate appearance by adhering to the Company's Dress Code Policy and hygiene standards.
Have knowledge of the restaurant menu and any specials in order that you can advise customers about each of the dishes offered.
Liaise with the kitchen in the event of any problems with food quality to resolve to the diner's satisfaction.
Personal Qualities Keen interest and passion for customer service and food.
Totally professional eye for detail in every aspect of a restaurant.
Contributing to the smooth running of the restaurant, sharing duties and demonstrating flexibility with regard to hours and days of work.
Understand the restaurants ethos.
Other Flexible working includes regular weekend, bank holiday and occasional evening working.
Involvement in ad hoc project work/ events.
