Upright is on the lookout for a VP of Investor Accounts with a proven track record of success in the financial industry and a passion for driving account management to strategically drive our investor business forward.
Trusted by 250+ institutional investment organizations and corporations, Uprights impact data is rapidly gaining importance across Europe and North America due to regulatory shifts and rising demand for transparency in measuring real-world investment impacts.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving exceptional value to our investor accounts on a global scale.
As a hands-on VP of Investor Accounts, you will take full ownership of account management for our investor segment, seamlessly integrating strategic vision with tactical execution.
Your work will be instrumental in driving substantial annual recurring revenue (ARR) and net revenue retention (NRR), as you actively engage with investor accounts globally to deliver exceptional value and foster long-term relationships.
You will proactively engage in relationship-building and upselling initiatives with institutional investors, ensuring high customer satisfaction while effectively managing churn.
Your focus will be on expanding existing accounts, refining our value proposition, and ensuring Uprights offerings resonate with investors globally.
In this role, youll not only lead high-level strategic discussions but also dive into the details to identify growth opportunities.
This position is ideal for someone who is both strategic and results-oriented, with a passion for nurturing customer relationships and driving revenue growth.
