Join our Security team and experience bringing intelligent technology and advanced threat expertise to organisations that form the UK's Critical National Infrastructure, this specialist team helps to simplify their day-to-day cyber security operations, enabling their own people to focus on their bigger strategic priorities.
Security Clearance: This position requires the person to maintain Customer Confidentiality and to be eligible or hold Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance What You'll Do Design, build and run of UC solutions, encompassing strategic growth, capacity management and optimisation.
Create and maintain appropriate documentation in line with department standards and good practice.
Provide expert technical support to department and customers.
Recommend and implement continuous improvement to processes, devise and implement corrective actions where problems arise.
Responsible for ongoing maintenance and updates including provisioning and deployment Who You Are Technical knowledge of the following on premises solutions: Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Meeting Server, Cisco Expressway, Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE), Unity Connection.
Knowledge of network fundamentals (Routing & Switching, QoS, Firewalls) Good communication and influencing skills to develop strong and effective relationships externally and internally.
