Salary : £27,000 - £30,000 + benefits Location : Glasgow HQ (with UK travel as required) Key Responsibilities Install and commission VoIP/Cloud systems, including MS Teams Calling.
Troubleshoot VoIP, SIP, and network issues remotely or onsite.
Support pre/post-sales design and deployment of platforms.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain shared knowledge bases.
About You Experience with SIP, Voice Gateways, SBC, and VoIP.
Strong networking skills (TCP/IP, QoS, troubleshooting).
Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
Full UK driving licence required.
