Visualisation Manager

Working within the McLaren Design Visualisation team to deliver Unreal Engine 5 and Autodesk VRED rendered material and Realtime datasets. This role will work cross-functionally to collate and manage inputs from the design studio, Marketing team, and engineering while delivering imagery for design decision-making, visual feasibility, technical validation, press releases, and social media material to name but a few deliverables. The role will be measured against delivery, clarity, and turnaround time of data for rendering and quality of the imagery created.
Responsibilities: Enable the Design Team to "Design breath-taking products that tell the visual story of their function." Manage the team to produce digital visualisation stills and real-time assets to support the Design process. Lead the visualisation team to produce digital visualisation assets to support Marketing events and customer experiences. Manage and lead the digital pipeline and data exchange for all visualisation deliverables. Lead the implementation of the VR/AR hardware and software for internal PD and Design studio use. Manage and lead strategies to research new Design tools to add value to the Design Process and Customer experiences. #J-18808-Ljbffr
