I am working with a leading supplier within the Beauty industry and they are looking for an experienced Visual Merchandising Manager with Retail Marketing experience to join their team.
About the role As the VM Manager, you will take Ownership for the Customer Experience for the store sales channel.
Playing a pivot role in managing our retail marketing strategy across visual merchandising and store marketing across 450+ stores in 8 markets (UK, Ireland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain & Germany).
You will lead the development and execution of impactful store marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, enhance the in store customer journey, boost foot traffic, and ensure the company brand is consistently and effectively communicated.
Key Responsibilities Work with the store development team to develop & implement inspirational store environments that engage with our customers.
Work in partnership with store development to ensure the correct design and implementation of store signage & equipment solutions for all new stores & refits Develop the right equipment solutions to deliver the in-store experience balanced with being cost effective and to ensure the equipment is fit for purpose for existing ranges and new ranges/propositions Working with Store Marketing Lead to secure the creation and implementation of PoS materials that effectively communicate promotions, product launches, and key brand messages, designed to capture attention and drive sales conversion across the store estate.
Manage implementation through the integrated marketing campaigns and taking accountability for efficient production planning delivering effective communication instore on time and in full.
Define and maintain the visual merchandising principles for all store formats in PRO-DUO and UK/ROI Support the VM Leads (UK & CE) in the management of guidelines and support updates when required for all categories & areas of the stores including Till Points and Promotional Space.
Continuously review the assortments & planograms, develop and simplify new ways of working.
About you 10+ years' experience Extensive retail marketing experience Knowledge & experience of Store Marketing & POS, Visual Merchandising & Format design Proven experience in retail marketing, specifically in managing PoS, visual merchandising, and localised campaigns.
A solid understanding of customer behaviour and shopper marketing principles.
Ability to adapt strategies for different regional markets while maintaining brand consistency.
Strong creative eye Strong management skills Ability to travel once every 2-4 weeks across the UK Please note: This role is made up of 20% of travel, with a requirement to travel across the UK once every 2-4 weeks.
This role is Hybrid - 3 days onsite, with 2 days WFH.
