About the Team We are seeking a passionate Visitor Experience Assistant Manager to join our award-winning Front of House team at the Roman Baths.
This is an ideal opportunity to work in a busy, enjoyable, and unique historical environment, welcoming around 1 million visitors annually.
About the Role The Visitor Experience Assistant Manager ensures the seamless delivery of front-of-house activities and exceptional visitor experiences at the Roman Baths, Pump Room, Victoria Art Gallery, and World Heritage Centre.
The role supports the Visitor Experience Manager in leading our dedicated team, ensuring visitors are at the heart of everything we do, and creating unforgettable experiences.
About You You will have a passion for history and creating memorable visitor experience.
You will have substantial experience of working in a customer service or visitor experience environment, preferably in a museum.
You will be educated to a-level standard and be a team player, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
You will either hold, or be willing to undertake first aid and health and safety qualifications.
