Responsibilities Communicate with our VIPs on a daily basis, via iMessages, FB Messenger, Email and Phone Get to know our players on an intimate level, their backgrounds, favorite pets, sports team, music band and hobbies Make the VIP player feel valued, pampered, and eager to continue playing and engaging with our games Keep track of product development, new releases and ongoing live operations (events) in the game - so you can relay that back to our players Get closely acquainted with our and competitor games, play it regularly to understand our player's experience Analyze player's behavior to identify playing patterns.
This entails going through analytical reports from multiple sources Work with team members in other departments to offer promotions and engage our players Empathetically listen to player complaints and solve discomforts in their experience Be the voice of our players - collect and communicate their feedback to other team mates Requirements Fluent English Proficient in Excel, and possession of analytical skills.
Must be able to understand economical value of promotions Strong and service-centric verbal communication skills - you represent our company to our most precious players.
